Marais, Paris, France

Madison Victor Hugo

My favorite area of Paris is the s the oldest and best preserved area of Paris. There are narrow, beautiful streets, museums, hotels, squares and shops and bars. Dating to the 13th century. In 1605 Henry IV created Place des Vosges.

The walk begins at Pont Marie.walking along Quai de l'hotel de- VIlle to Rue de l'Hotel-de-VIlle.
